Day One

So, Day One of the 17 Day Diet is almost over and as I feared, I have a huge bigass headache. I did great sticking to the program all day until this evening. My head is pounding, my stomach is empty and I feel like crap. I fixed some toast and that helped a little.

Rather than giving this diet up, I am going to incorporate/combine the 17DD with Weight Watchers and still keep trucking along. I understand the reasonings behind some of the 17 day things, but it's too extreme for me. Green tea 3 times a day is too much caffeine and since I already have an irregular heartbeat, that's not a good mix. I may keep it once a day. The lists of vegetables and fruits are way more restrictive than WW and of course no bread is allowed at all. I need a few carbs to keep going. I just am staying with low carbs and whole grains.

Can't write anymore, my brain hurts.

Well, shoot. I'm sorry the pain has been so pain today. I think a combo sounds like a good idea. Wonder if decaf Green Tea would be a good option for you?
